firewall recommendations for my network????

here is our network/needs:

2 ISP'S (need a dual wan firewall/router)
1 FTP SERVER
1 WEB SERVER
1 REMOTE SITE (WE WILL NEED TO DO SITE TO SITE VPN)
50 users/computers locally
appliance must have antivirus/antispam filter
must be able to vpn into it
must have good intrusion detection settings/alerts

this firewall would be the only thing protecting us from the internet. what do you pro's suggest i purchase?

Firstly high end $$ I would recommend a Secure Computers Sidewinder.

but Normal people I would recommend a Juniper Netscreen, after that I would recommend a Cisco PIX
