OPENING A WORD DOCUMENT AT A SPECIFIC LOCATION USING VB.NET OLE

I have an application developed in VB.NET and I need to incorporate an already written manual (in Word) as its help system. The document is organised in sections according to various options on a menu and when a user clicks an item from the menu and hits say F1 for example I need to open the document at a specific location. I need to know how once you have a word document opened from VB.NET how you go to a specific location.

When I open the DOCUMENT MAP in word (without using VB.NET - just manually) and click on the various sections it does this at the moment - i need to know how to program this navigation from VB.NET though.

I'd argue that you can use the COM bridge for that.

Friedrich - could you elaborate on that - when you say use the COM bridge do you mean using OLE to create a Word Document Object and pass commands that way??
