The taregt principal name is incorrect windows 2000 domain controller

I have two domain controllers on of them has exchange 2000 and i got one of may disk failer for the first domain controller and exchange database fail to start and I have image to this server and i applay it to this server and it work fine and exchange database started fine.But the prolems I cant make rapplication with athor server controller and got this error " the following error occured during the attempt tp synchronize the domain controllers: the target principal name is incorrect"
please help me solve this problems.
