Problems removing TLS config

A fellow engineer tried to enable TLS on our Exchange Server.  After his changes, some stuff worked, but several of our appliances that relay mail through Exchange stopped sending alerts and messages.

We reversed his entries, but if I check the SMTP promtp, it still show TLS running when I run an EHLO.

Any suggestions on how to ensure it gets removed.

I assume you restarted all the exchange services?

Yes, tried restarting services.  No joy.  Restarted entire server last night.

Saw some posted issues with GFI products, so uninstalled FaxMaker.

Think I found it.  Went to the Virtual Server and had to delete the certificate the person installed as part of the TLS process.
