stop user from see my netlogon folder when browsing network

HELLO EXPERT,

                      HOW CAN I MAKE MY NETLOGON FOLDER
INVISIBLE TO USERS BROWSING NETWORK RESOURCE ON
MY WINDOWS PRIMARY DOMAIN CONTROLLER.

OS I AM USING IS WINDOWS NT SP6

THE CLIENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO READ AND EXECUTE
ALL RESP LOGON SCRIPTS.

Sorry, that's impossible. Even if you could make it invisible -- you already said yourself that the clients need to access the share for the logon scripts, so nothing would keep a user from looking directly at the folder.

HELLO

           is there not way i could prevent client browsing from
seeing my logon folder?
i tried placing $ (dollar sign ) behind the folder name but
this did not work.
In effect my only solution is secure the folder.
There must be a way of preventing clients from seeing
the folder.

This folder is *meant* to be seen by the users; it's there exactly for the purpose of all users having one single well-known place from where to retrieve logon scripts and the like. This relies on the folder being shared as "netlogon"; tampering with this will prevent the logon scripts from running.
If you have files that you don't want your users to see, put them in another share, or put them in a restricted subfolder ion the netlogon share.
