I have a Dell GX280 system and Windows 2000 Pro is installed, but I noticed under device manager the 82801FB USB2 driver wasn't loaded. I downloaded the intel chipset and install it, having the same problem. I also used the Dell intel chipset same issue.

Anyway to fix this problem?

Thanks
