Do not have an 'autorun' on the swf files. Instead use a bit of Javascript that starts them 'onBodyLoad'. That way they will nly start after the page has Loaded.

    Kind regards

If you use dreamweaver, then there is a set bit of Javascript in the behaviours pallet to control Flash.
