BGInfo for client wallpaper
Hi all
I want my client machines to run BGInfo when users logon.
I've tried entering the following in the Run at Logon area of the GPE:
\\servername\NETLOGON\bgin fo.exe \\servername\NETLOGON\file name.bgi /timer:0
and I've also tried the same command in a logon script.
Neither work because users don't have the rights to change the wallpaper themselves - I checked this by running the same command in Start\Run... on their desktops.
Is there a way to allow the script to change desktop wallpaper even though users cannot? I'd rather not have people messing around with wallpaper although I appreciate I can remove all changes at log off. I suppose I could leave the desktop settings unavailable but still give users the rights to change the wallpaper - just checking to see if there's a more elegant solution !
Thanks
