Urgent And Very Serious Problem , all Experts Help Needed

Hi All Experts.

I have Very Complicated Problem ...

When I try To Connect To The Internet via Dialup and after made the call with ISP and Registring To the Network ; when the username and password going to verifyed the system is restarted !!!!!!

i change the entire windows ( format the drive and install the windows ) but it steel happen
i change the internal modem with another modem in another PCI Port ( happen again.)

i change the modem with external US Robotics Modem ..... and it's not restarted but when the modem try to connect and after dialling and negotiate i hear long beep and the connection was lost .... ( it's not goning through username checking and etc...)

i change my ISP ( 10 times ) it's happen again and again .

The Hardware Is :

CPU 2.8 2 MB Cache
Main Board Giga 8I865P-G
Ram 512 DDR
Vga 128 MB FX5500
Hard 160 SATA

Note: this computer going well with all the items and in one year can use the internet like all the computers but i dont know what happen to it ....................

please help me .

what OS ? XP ?try to set the autorestart option off. : in device manger>advanced tab>start and restart options

you can also look in event viewer if there are any entries, or errors

thanks for reply.

i use the XP Pro SP2.

and use diffrent line in diffrent location ( Home and Office )

I'll check the auto restart option and if it's the answer it must be wierd !!!

for IRQ setting i set it before to auto in CMOS . this computer just have this device ( VGA , Sound ) and i dont think it's about Conflicting but i'll check it .

it's wierd , it's working probebly but i dont know whats happen to this !?.........!!!!!!?????

( i have 15 years in Computer Business and it's the first time i see somthing like this.)

i see the blue screen before i try to fix it ( it has somthing about page file fault )

i change the location of pafe file in another drive and the blue screen dosent apear again. but it steel restarted .

( maybe because of ram ! i am not change that till now. i must check it.)

please help me more :))

Hi all

I found it , at last I found IT !!!!!! :))))

i leave this problem until today and in office when i try to install a windows in another computer and when i install the software and check the internet it happend again !!!

i like it because i know that main are totaly diffrent but my software is same.

i check all the software that i installed in both system and TADA !:))

the ZoneAlarm Pro Did it :))

( all my system have this firewall but i dont know why this two machine didn't work probebly with this firewall )

ok i remove the software ( in first computer i was turn off the zone alarm before but it was happend , and on that time i didn't check the remove )

But can anybody tell me why ?? i send this erorr to Zone Alarm suport team. but i still want to know why !! ( and why me :)) )
