    Are you talking about this?

     <iframe src="teams2.asp?age=<%=Server.URLEncode( Request.form("age"))%>&cup=<%Server.URLEncode(Request.Form("cup"))%>" frame frameborder="0"width=100% height=1200</iframe>

    Accepted Solution

    Missed an "=" in there:
      src="teams2.asp?age=<%=Server.URLEncode( Request.form("age"))%>&cup=<%=Server.URLEncode(Request.Form("cup"))%>"
