Add .mst file to modifications of GPO

I have done pretty much everything from the following post:

However, my problem is that I am unable to Add anything to the modifications tab in order to add the .mst file.  The buttons are all greyed out.

All other features of setting up a GPO for deploying Office to User PC's is filled in correctly.  Just don't understand why the modificaitons tab features are disabled for me.

Anyone have any ideas?

You can only add msts when you first create the package.

After browsing to the msi you are prompted to choose from Advanced, Assigned or Published.

You must select "advanced" here and add the MSTs at this stage.

If you select assigned or advanced, then open the packages properties, it is too late to add MSTs.

ok, that's what I didn't do.  Question about deploying the GPO.  Show I go back into the GPO and select "Redeploy Application" and wait 24 hours before I move any user PCs into the selected OU?

This is a test OU - to test out our updated Admin Office Install Point; which was updated 4/28.  Is there a time limit when updating the Install Point before redeploying?
