On my machine it says not a valid 32 application. Can you pen it with notepad?

    Accepted Solution

    Mine works fine.

That file is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\netstat.exe.  Does it show up on your system?  Mine also shows up in C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386. What Service Pack are you on.

You may have to copy it from the CD if it's missing.

    Assisted Solution

You may not have the correct System Variables set.

Right Click on My Computer then Properties.

    Select the 'Advanced Tab'.

Now click the 'Environment Variables' Button.

Under 'System Variables' Locate the Variable named 'Path'

What is the value for PATH?

Select 'Path' then press Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste into here.

To make sure the file exist on your system go to search on the Start menu and find files or folders and do a search for netstat.exe

It should be located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\netstat.exe as mentioned.
