I had itunes working on this machine before and had removed it for some reason. I could not install the itunes today and it kept giving me some sort of exception error. &nbsp;I called my IT person who remotely tried to uninstall some security updates from the machine thinking this may be the problem.<br />

Right now I can not even boot up completely. &nbsp;Initially the screen comes up with a message Windows Server 2003 Standard edition ---- Preparing network connections ...then after a few minutes I get the message --- &nbsp;STEMRCV.exe _the exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x77e649d3.<br />

The options available are OK or Cancel. &nbsp;By selection either option the message changes to --- STEMSND.exe _the exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e) occurred in the application at location 0x77e649d3<br />
<br />
Next messgae is - Service Control Manager _ At least one service or driver failed during system startup. &nbsp;Use event viewer to examine the event log for details.<br />
<br />
Then the sa,e messages keep repeating when the OK or cancel key is pressed and I can not boot up.<br />
