I noticed that the one PC that was having the issue had an older version of IE than the others. After updating it the security warning popped up. Thanks alot for the help and my apologies for taking so long to respond.

I have a network where all PC's besides one are receiving a IE &quot;Do you want to run this software&quot; popup when accessing a website with a java applet. The one PC that is not receiving this security warning has the applet going straight to a blank gray box. The PC doesn't have any popup software installed and I've turned off the one in IE6. Any other ideas? <br />
