Is it possible to create an image and writing text and placing icons on the created page .

Just similar to above image. Background image and write text on it. and also create small images like icons and writing a text on it.
Is that possible using java code?????
1.create backround image as (.png) file
2.write text and icons on it. where icons again will have text on it.
Is that pssoble in java???
