This box also runs Symantec AV For MS Exchange and Ninja anti-spam from Sunbelt.

Any ideas as to the cause or solution?

I am running a W2K server with Exchange 2000 with all the latest Service Packs and Hotfixes in place and running Symantec A/V. We just "upgraded" to Ninja from I hate Spam. Not only are we getting the same errors as pdrakos is, we have 1 user for some reason lost 13 months of email. I found the below article about some of this error, but it basically says to ignore the error. The way I look at it is this, an error is an error is an error and it should be fixed. Any ideas of how to fix it, or what happened to the users mail, would be most appreciated.

Same here, except I haven't lost any data that I know of ... yet. They say they will have a fix out soon.

E2K, W2K, all patches up to date.
