I have an Exchange Server that I would like to migrate to a new server, and then shut down the existing one once I have the new one up and running.  What is the smoothest way to go about introducing this to my current domain?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.........

    Swing it.
The subject comes up very frequently, three or four times a week.

I have a process written up on my web site

    It is fairly painless.

Its not clear what you are trying to achieve.
    Are you changing hardware ?
Are you migrating from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 200x? or from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003?

What is your present exchange server ?
