I need to make a global group a member of another global group in active directory,  using vbscript

    I will assume that you are running Windows 2000 Native mode or later, so your active directory will support Global group nesting.

    The code is basically identical to adding a user to a group.  Just the ADsPath of the "member" happens to point to another global group:

    Set grp = GetObject("LDAP://CN=Domain Admins, CN=Users, DC=Fabrikam, DC=com")
    grp.Add "LDAP://CN=SomeOtherGlobalGroup, OU=Sales,DC=Fabrikam,DC=com"
