Backup files

I would like to backup those old files on the server to Cds, how can I/or is there a way to split up the backup into CDs....thx

    The newest professional version of winzip allows ziping files to a cd and even spaning across mutlitple cd's.  It does cost 49.00 dollars however.  Maybe someone knows a free utility to do the same.  

    I have used the new versoin of winzip and think it is well worth the small expense.

    it is good and actually not that expensive, however, I can not add the folder into the zip........any ideas?  thx
