How to Access Administrator Tools

I am running SCO UNIX Open Server 5 and have forgotten how to access the Administrator Tools to add users, read mail, etc.  I do not want the GUI interface but the commend that will allow access from the # prompt.

    sunnycoder: Nope.  I already am at a # prompt.  It is something like sysadmin, sysadm, etc.
