External mail on one user not delivered

Using Exchange 2003 with latest updates on 2003 network & XP SP2 OS with Office 2003 Professional.  Only one user affected.  He is unale to receive legitimate emails from clients but gets spam.  We use Sybari for SPAM filtering & legit messages are not in quarantined status.  I did a repair in Office with no change.  I did an uninstall then reinstall with no change.  In Message Tracking Center the messages post as being delivered but nothing in OWA or Outlook.  Any ideas?

Does the user receive internal messages from other Exchange users?

Have you tried deleting and recreating his AD account & mailbox?

Verify the SMTP: address is correct in AD.

Can he send messages out to those users? If they reply, does he receive it?
