changing the time out period for client PC

We have installed SBS2003, after a short period of time the client pc will require the user to log back in. They are requesting that I change this to a longer time period or not have this at all

When you say they have to log back in, what exactly comes up on the screen, I have installed many SBS and never seen this, I know you can set a disconnect time from the server but it does not come up with anything.

Are they on a vpn or anything or all just internal users.

What message pops up, is it application specific or in word.

If someone steps away from their computer for 10 - 15 minutes the have to hit "ctrl alt del" and log back in.

This to me looks just like a screensaver, windows has a screen saver that locks the computer after a period of time, to test this theory just log onto one of the pcs go to where you set the screensaver and set it to none.

If this works you can turn it off through group policy if you like but if there is only a couple of pcs i would just run around and do it manually.
