Query Analyzer ntext data fields spilling into adjacent column when saving data

There appears to be no pattern as to when the "spillage" occurs, but when I return a query where fields have a datatype of ntext or text, running the query presents the data properly, however, when you click SAVE, then look at the resulting CSV files, many times the data is inexplicably pushed into the next 1 or more columns.

Has anyone seen this? How can I get clean data into a CSV file from this type of field? My output MUST be in CSV format for the "receiving" application.
