Printing mails from Lotus Notes

There's a user who gets the mail in columns when printing. There're 5 or 6 columns each of them contains 2-3 characters in a line.
It doesn't matter which printer she selects.

To be precise, there's only one sender whose mails she can't print correctly but those mails are important and she needs print them. (Conformations from Travel Agency the traveller have to take with them)

She forwarded the mail to me and I can print it in a correct way.

What can be wrong?

Since she's the secretary she doesn't want to forward all those mails to me for printing purpose that I can understand.

    Don't know the problem...
    - what Notes release?
    - what O/S?
    - did you try to correct/modify the Page Setup in Notes?
    - reinstall Notes, over the current installation?

    Try, refreshing/replacing design and compact.

    Release 6.5
    Windows XP

What could I correct on the Page Setup page?

When she clicks Preview, she can see the correct view but after printing only long columns with 2-3 characters in each line.

Isn't possible that the sender should change something?
    He's using MS Outlook.

Here's a thought.. dunno if it will work..

Reinstall the printer driver for her computer, or use a different printer driver.. sometimes rolling back to a previous driver release does the trick.

It's also possible that she's missing a default font, or that the default font is corrupt.  But I would try the printer driver first.  Usually print problems have nothing to do with notes.  Since notes doesn't have any native printing classes or objects, it just sends them off to the windows drivers.  So, the two most common printing problem are:  default font not installed, and wrong printer driver.

Other than no connectivity to notes.
