Printing mails from Lotus Notes
There's a user who gets the mail in columns when printing. There're 5 or 6 columns each of them contains 2-3 characters in a line.
It doesn't matter which printer she selects.
To be precise, there's only one sender whose mails she can't print correctly but those mails are important and she needs print them. (Conformations from Travel Agency the traveller have to take with them)
She forwarded the mail to me and I can print it in a correct way.
What can be wrong?
Since she's the secretary she doesn't want to forward all those mails to me for printing purpose that I can understand.

What could I correct on the Page Setup page?
When she clicks Preview, she can see the correct view but after printing only long columns with 2-3 characters in each line.
Isn't possible that the sender should change something?
He's using MS Outlook.
