Outlook Profile Vanishes

Outlook 2003 on XP PRO SP2 connecting to Exchange 2003 SP2 on Server 2003 SP1. I have a user whose Outlook profile has, over a couple of days, disappeared and required being recreated twice. They state they didn't log-off the network during that time. Any help appreciated.

Rename the OST to OLD.  Remove the profile.  Recreate email connection to the server.  OST will be recreated automatically.
