Citrix Metaframe program Neighbour hood-Resolution

When setting the screen reolution size in the above application, once I log in I get the following Warning message "The following requested video mode was not available: 962 X 685 X 4 BPP.The video mode has been set to the following mode 1280 X 1024 X 4 BPP
Video mode for existing session cannot change"

The screen size is now far to big & I have to scroll up & down to view the application.This is fine with other users logging onto the same server -any ideas

It is because your Citrix server is not able to handle the resolution you have set.

I have reinstalled & recreadted the citrix profile
