Publish a network Print Server on ISA 2004

I have a USB printer. I attached it to a print server (usb to ethernet). the print server IP is the Device name of the print server is "printsvr". i can print to the printer from any machine on the network if i add a printer with TCP/IP port "".

i have ISA server that isolates this network from the DMZ.i want to print on this printer from a machine in the DMZ. what should I do?

    Accepted Solution

    You need to allow port TCP/445 from DMZ to your network. This should let you print it.

    Make sure proper NAT is in place if your DMZ has different subnet then your network.
