Fax software question

I need to incorporate fax functionality to a remote site. Here's what I intend to do, but need to find the right software.

In Location A, a PC w/Fax resides, a phone line, and a dsl connection.
In Location B, a PC, and a cable modem- NO Phone Line.

When Location A receives a Fax, that fax is Emailed to Location B, where the fax is queued or printed.
So for this part, I'm trying to find a good PC fax software (Windows) that allows a received fax to be converted/re-routed to an email.

Once I get that far, I'll tackle the rest, which is-
Location B Sends an Email (with a custom header or tag to represent recipients fax #) to Location A .  Loc-A receives fax, decodes header/tag, uses this info to determine final destination phone #, compiles it all and sends. While we're at it, if it can make me taller and better looking too, well that's a plus.

we use vsi-fax by esker software.  It will do what you want. Not sure how much you want to spend.
