We have a SBS 2003 server with MS Exchange. &nbsp;There is a user profile of a former employee that was inadvertently removed this morning. &nbsp;We still have a requirement to view this former employee's e-mail messages. &nbsp;<br />

Here is the problem - When I added this user back in the active directory list, I was able to reconfigure his Outlook account but it doesn't pull in any of his old messages. &nbsp;Are the messages permanently deleted when the profile was removed? &nbsp;Is there any way to retrieve the old messages?

Here is the problem - When I added this user back in the active directory list, I was able to reconfigure his Outlook account but it doesn't pull in any of his old messages.  Are the messages permanently deleted when the profile was removed?  Is there any way to retrieve the old messages?
