I'm trying to integrate JBoss with IIS so that IIS will deal with HTML files and Jboss will deal with JSP and servlets. Is this possible? If so, does anyone have instructions or know where to find them?

Is this the kind of instructions you are looking for?

If you are doing this on IIS6, you may need to go to the IIS manager and make adjustments under "Web Server Extensions" to give the ISAPI permissions to run.
