My co-worker is attempting to clean up old appointments.    He is able to search by date and delete 'regular' appointments, but the recurring appointments are a problem.    Is there a way to just delete a portion of the recurring appointment?  For example, if he has one that has been going on for 3 years and into the forseeable future, can he only delete the part that is 3 yrs old, leaving the rest of the occurance?

    Accepted Solution

Try double-clicking on the recurring appointment and choose " open series". When the appointment opens click on recurrence and change the start date to today's date. The previous occurrences should be then deleted.
