what happens when 2003 small business server hits 75

If windows 2003 small business server hits the 75 user limit what happens, do you get an error, does it not let you create account s ?

When you hit the limit, no new connections will be possible.  SBS will strictly enforce the licensing levels depending on the mode (device or user).

Actually, you can create User and Computer accounts all day long, well beyond the 75 limit.  But you can't use them.  Once 75 users or devices have connected further connections will be blocked.  By the way, it's not concurrent connections, but just connected and authenticated at some point, until the credentials expire.

The reality is that you don't want to ever get near the 75 limit.  The true threshhold is 50 users... the extra 25 are a buffer to give you time to migrate with the Transition Pack.  Having close to 75 users on a single server that has a miximum allowance of two processors and 4GB of RAM and ALL major services is pushing it.
