Div Tag Scroller Question

Hi all,
I have an editable region div tag where the text will sometimes overflow. When it overflows I've set the option to "scroll". However I only want to see the scroller handles when the text is overflowed. The default option seems to be to show the handles regardless?

Try setting the Overflow value to auto.
