How to pull out data inside a tag using TRegExpr?

Anybody here knows how to pull out data inside a custom tag like <MASK>Hello</MASK (Will change Hello to *****) using TRegExpr?

    I never used tregexpr, but a regular expression would look something like this:
    use replace: (\>[a-zA-Z]+\>)(.*)(\>[a-zA-Z\/]+\>) with /1 (if groups are counted from 0) or /2 (if groups are counted from 1)
