ORA-12514 error on server with both 9i and 10g on same machine

I have an Oracle server which I've been using to support 9i db application development. There are a number of existing 9i db's on it. I have recently begun a project using 10g. I figured that I could use the same machine. I made sure that the 10g home was different than the 9i home. I tried having the 10g listener listening on the same port and on a different port than 9i. No luck. Unfortunately, none of my db's work now. I think my poor computer is confused with both 9i and 10g on it. Is there anyway to support both on the same machine? Is there a way to resolve the current conflict so I can at least make the 10g db work without scragging my 9i db's? Below are my .ora files for both 9i and 10g:

MetanilCommented:
try changing 9i all(both listenter.ora and tnsname.ora) listening port to some other like 10521

and then restart your listener.

Listener and tnsnames files looks correct. See the environment settings for ORACLE_HOME.  Before using 10g set the ORACLE_HOME for 10g. Check the services. Are the services for 9i and 10g up.

Setting different ports for 9i and 10g is also a good idea.
