Redirecting the administrator email
In SBS2003, how can you redirect or copy the administrators email to an external account for monitoring purposes.
Have looked in the Outlook Web Access when logged in under administrator, but there seems to be no option for this.

The monitoring e-mails can be sent to multiple accounts. Try for example "Server Management - Monitoring and Reporting - Change alert notifications - E-mail adress" to set up a second adress (semi colon separated).
I will agree with Zadkin but only if your exchange server has been configured to send emails outside than your local network, since you asked that.

Some emails still get send direct to admin outside of the monitoring process.
Perhaps I should have asked, how can you redirect/forward any email account to an external one?

Maybe better, configuring through OWA is also possible, see bottom left Rules.

Do the rules apply even when logged off (i.e. are the rules applied at the server as messages come in).
