What do you want to do?

You manage email accounts with Active Directory Users and Computers and you manage Exchange with System Manager.

This really isn't the right site to come to if you don't have any idea on installing Exchange.
There are tons of books that will help you through the process and Microsoft have produced lots of white papers and guides to getting the server up and running.
If you put the CD in to the server and let it auto play, then it will guide you through the initial installation. Service pack installation is as simple as running the setup file.

You may also want to look at as they have tutorials on setting up Exchange features. We would be duplicating their efforts and can't provide screenshots etc which help the entire process along.
