Moving Cisco Unity system mailboxes to new exchange server

I am going to bring up a new Exchange server that will hold the mailboxes that unity uses (unity messagestore, unity messaging, unity message system & unityadmin account).

The last time that we switched the server that held these accounts, we had to run a utility on the unity box that let us point to the mailbox store on the new Exchange server. The person that was in charge of Unity at that time has since left the company.

I am looking to find out how to point Unity to this new server.

Thanks,

Scott

Run the Configuration Setup again. It is probably a link on the desktop, if not it will be in your C:\CommServer folder. I am not sure which subfolder at the moment, just do a search from there. This is assuming 4.x or greater. If it is 3.x, then post a new comment, and I will search the recesses of the brain.

For that version I think it is ...
Commserver\ConfigurationSetup\setup.exe

I don't think they give you a link on the desktop.

Let me know if this does it for you.
