where is the send difinition check box when you publish a custom form

I have published a form but do not get this popup messages as many of the posts state that I should. Is there a way to access this function so that I can see if it has been checked?

    Hi Jennifer1024,

    On the Properties tab of the form you should see a checkbox "Send form definition with item".  Make sure it's checked.
