Folder redirection and Windows folder

I just started to implement roaming profiles with some folder redirection and noticed that some redirected folders - not all - have a "windows" folder in them. It seems to show up in redirected My Documents and sometimes a redirected Desktop. I have deleted these folders but it comes back at next logon. There is very limited information in the windows folder, maybe an ini file, sometimes a system32 folder. How do I stop this? What is causing it?

You've redirected to the Home folder; the Windows folder in the home directory is created when you logon through terminal services, as this folder holds a "personalized" copy of the ini files in the real Windows folder (so that users can have different settings, even when logging on to the same terminal server).

ok, so having this in the my documents folder makes sense seeing as this is the Home Folder for me and my users. I did make a mistake on my own profile at one point and added my desktop to the home folder field but changed it after one logon when I noticed I typed it wrong - I quickly corrected it to point to the My Documents folder. How do I get this to stop putting the window folder on my desktop? I'm thinking that I need to get myself out of the GPO, logon, log off and readd myself back in. Any suggestions? Maybe a reg hack?

Nevermind. I found the problem. I never actually fixed my mistake in AD. Thanks for your help with my stupidity.
