exchange and outlook sync question

I just imported a pst file into my exchange ost, is there a way for the new email to sync with the server so I can have these emails available via outlook web access?

Everything, what is within your exchange mailbox folder, can be accessed via OWA. If you have connected an external PST file or an archive file, this can not be show in OWA. You have to move the items into the exchange mailbox folder to make then visible in OWA

How do I move them? I imported them using the import export wizard in outlook 2003 is there a way not to copy all the new email to the exchange mailbox?

If you are connected to exchange, you have a default exchange mailbox. Now it depends on, which option you have choosen in the wizzard. If you have still one mail container (the exchange mailbox), you should find all your imported stuff within the exchange mailbox. Everything, what you create within the exchange mailbox is sync back to exchange.

If you have imported a large number of items directly into the exchange mailbox, wait a while as it can take some time, if you can see it in OWA.

If you have a second folder (beside your exchange mailbox folder), you have at least the inbox, maybe the calendar, tasks folder as well as within your exchange folder. Then you have to move the items (drag and drop or right click - move) from the PST folders into your exchange mailbox folders.

If you have more than the default exchange mailbox folder, the inbox is usually moved automatically into the exchange inbox folder, but the other items have to be moved manually.
