GroupWise could send all but failed to receive from 10-20 users

Hi Experts,

we are running Groupwise 6.5 and has been working fine until 2 weeks ago when some of our clients got undeliverable
mails notification from his postmaster with the following message: " These recipients of your message have been processed by mail server: user1@domainname.net; Failed; 4.4.7 (delivery time expired)

the strange thing is that we could receive from other clients.  We have about 10-20 different clients with different domain names that could not reach us.

all of our emails could be received.

They could not receive my hotmail emails but could receive my verizon email account.  It happens on  accounts that do not have junk mail block/list  feature activated.

Please help.

I did nslookup on domainname.net

type=mx

mail server name: mail.sea.safemails.com (shown under mail exchanger)

tracert on mail server -->  request timed out after 13 hops

all outgoing emails from GW are received ok.  would you tell me how I could check the log.

thanks.
hi Psicop,

GWIA log shows several errors.

sending machine verification failed. tasb.org.

thanks.

restarted mail server.
I used consoleOne and how do I check if GWIA have mailbomb, RBL or other anti-SPAM features turned on.

Thank you for your time.
Also, GWIA always rejects hotmail accts with the message: sending machine verification failed. hotmail.com.

we turned off rbl and mailbomb and it seems it is working.   But the web access is acting strange: some users could access but not the others.  when we ping the groupwise.domainname.net; it found the ip but shows dns request timed out, timed out was 2 seconds from the outside.   thank you for your help
