Running applications on separate CPUs

Hi folks we have Windows 2000 Advanced Server with 7 CPUs. We would like to open, programatically, 7 instances of Excel and insure that each runs on a separate CPU.  How can this be done?

How good are you at programming?  This article discusses setting the affinity programmatically, which is normally done through taskmanager: http://discuss.develop.com/archives/wa.exe?A2=ind0303c&L=advanced-dotnet&D=0&P=628
