I forgot to mention that even pressing Send/Receive before shutting down and restarting Outlook does not work. &nbsp;I will try the Detect and Repair option and see if that helps.<br />

hi there scottvin, sorry about the delay, I forgot about this question!!<br />
did the detect and repair work? If not, then the users profile may be corrupt, so you would need to backup all the users favorites and my documents etc., then delete or rename the user's profile from the pc, then just get the user to log back on. Windows will configure a new profile automatically, although outlook may need to be reconfigured with the exchange connector settings, then it should work!

I have a user that is local the the Exchange box and he must close Outlook 2000 down, reopen and then press Send/Receive to get new mail.<br />
