Hi people, and thanks, all ok now. <br />
OS is SBS 2003, Exchange Server 2003 sp1 On a domain and a power user account .<br />
It took about an hour, then took the password and is working fine. Im still not sure what took so long to update.<br />
any Ideas for future reference?<br />

I was told that an employees was to be fired ... so I disabled the account...then he wasnt being fired so I reinabled the account, reset password for windows XP pro sp2 ....he logs in...goes to outlook and it asks for his password, he puts it in and no email ,and it comes back to email lodon again, task bar says&quot; server off line&quot; , he has internet access and to mapped drives ...please help <br />
