It could be treeView and Memo organized like in this dfm file

object Form1: TForm1
  Left = 234
  Top = 114
  Width = 486
  Height = 309
  Caption = 'Form1'
  Color = clBtnFace
  Font.Charset = DEFAULT_CHARSET
  Font.Color = clWindowText
  Font.Height = -11
  Font.Name = 'MS Shell Dlg 2'
  Font.Style = []
  OldCreateOrder = False
  PixelsPerInch = 96
  TextHeight = 13
  object Panel1: TPanel
    Left = 24
    Top = 16
    Width = 401
    Height = 201
    TabOrder = 0
    object Label1: TLabel
      Left = 4
      Top = 4
      Width = 54
      Height = 13
      Caption = 'Lheadlines:'
    end
    object Label2: TLabel
      Left = 180
      Top = 4
      Width = 149
      Height = 13
      Caption = 'Synopsis for selected headline:'
    end
    object Panel2: TPanel
      Left = 1
      Top = 20
      Width = 399
      Height = 180
      Align = alBottom
      BevelOuter = bvNone
      TabOrder = 0
      object TreeView2: TTreeView
        Left = 0
        Top = 0
        Width = 177
