Server tries to register with wrong dns server

Just today one of my servers started throwing dns error source DNSAPI error id 11160.  Looking at the event log it shows this:

The system failed to register pointer (PTR) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:

   Adapter Name : {8D640397-9FE7-4452-B295-4280F1CB3382}
   Host Name : swaspr06
   Adapter-specific Domain Suffix : xxxxxx.com
   DNS server list :
           192.168.168.1, 192.168.168.2
   Sent update to server : 192.175.48.1
   IP Address : 192.168.168.6

I find the 2nd line up from the bottom interesting.  Why would it send an update to 192.175.48.1?  There is no dns setting anywhere I can find that points to that IP.

Thanks

192.175.48.1 is prisoner.iana.org--you don't have a reverse lookup zone for 192.168.1.0; just create on eto get rid of the error.

DNS request for prisoner.iana.org
