I inserted linux disk in the computer and it throws grub> prompt

i tried quit and also exit and also cntrl D

None of the above allowing me to exit ...and it not reading my linux CD to intsall.

Any help will be appreciated (immediately)

    i used F12 to read from CD. I wanna close this question. Thanks for all who ever put some effort
