Printing Contact List - Outlook 2003

I would like to print a copy of my contact list in Outlook 2003 and I see the different formats available, card style, small booklet, etc.  It seems that none of these styles include the area where free form text is entered.  I would like for all of the info that I have typed in the "text area" to print out as well.  Is there a way to get this to print without having to export to excel or access?  Thank you!

Hi mmj1,

If you happen to have Crystal Reports (CR) you can create a report that will read directly from Outlook, no need to export.  I've only failry recently begun using CR, so I don't know how long this feature has been available.  I'm using CRv10.  Aside from CR, if you have some scripting experience, then you could create a script that'd do this.
