For some reason the workstations can't access websites like citibank.com.
The Server can access it fine but as far as the workstations go none of them can't.
I tried changing internet settings but that doesn't look like it's it.
How can i fix this?

Router/Switch
Server (windows 2003) (ad) (dhcp) (dns) (wins) - IE 6 SP1 128 bit
workstations (windows xp pro)  - IE 6 SP2 128 bit

websites like CITIBANK.com?  meaning a SECURE website?  httpS?

if the server can access it, but workstations cannot, is there a difference in the network configuration between the two devices?  do the clients have a Firewall?  is there a firewall in the office?

is there some sort of Proxy Server that is doing Content Filtering??

As far as I know some company have a policy to block some unralated bussiness website from PIX firewall . Are you able to browse another websites from any PC. I think you also need to configure DNS setting as well.

Clients do not have a Firewall no real difference program wise from server and workstation.
The router is an spi firewall but I checked that and that's not it. No Proxy settings are used.
Yes the clients are able to browse any other websites and DNS is configured.

so only citibank.com is the problem?  did you try adding it as a trusted site?

go to your server and get the IP vor citibank.com
  nslookup citibank.com
use that IP instead of citibank.com in the adress bar of your workstation
Can you access it this way?

then you most likely have a routing problem
what does following return on your workstation
  tracrt IP-of-citibank.com
